The Cliff werd oorspronkelijk geopend in 1995 en werd al snel wereldberoemd als de beste eetbestemming van Barbados. Het eten, de service en de sfeer waren ongeëvenaard. 
Nu onder de nieuwe eigenaar zijn de ambities toegenomen van de beste op Barbados naar de beste ter wereld! De vorige structuur is gemoderniseerd en The Cliff is vervangen door een elegant, verfijnd ontwerp. 
In onze glazen keuken met uitzicht op zee kunnen gasten een glimp opvangen van ons culinaire team terwijl ze gerechten creëren die de ogen prikkelen en de smaakpapillen verbazen.
