Finca Don Manuel es una granja de frutas tropicales líderes ubicada en Santa Isabel, el corazón de las tierras más fértiles de Puerto Rico. Esta granja es bendecida por la brisa del Caribe del Sur y un clima que permite la producción durante todo el año. Además, las turbinas eólicas masivas abarcan la granja que proporciona energía limpia.

La granja tiene sus raíces en la década de 1700. Esta tierra se empleó fuertemente para la producción de caña de azúcar hasta aproximadamente 1945. Se utilizó un sistema ferroviario de caña de azúcar para transportar bienes y caña de azúcar en toda la granja. Después de ser abandonado durante muchos años, Finca Don Manuel fue fundada en 2013 por Fernando Machado. Su abuelo, "Don Manuel Machado" lo inspiró a comenzar una carrera en agricultura. Hoy, la granja tiene más de 320 acres donde se cultivan piñas, plátanos, payayas, calabaza y otros cultivos para los mercados locales.
