Welcome to climb in paradise! Roca Norte Outdoor Climbing Gym is our home based crag and as we always say “come in, feel like home”. A beautiful setting created by Hurricane María in 2017, is now a great recreational area for beginners and experienced climbers. Enjoy of our variety of activities and don’t miss whenever available the free papaya smoothies, avocados, lemons, passion fruit, breadfruit and soursop grown here! 

We offer different camping areas in the areas of Vega Baja and Cayey. If you are a climber these areas are convenient for you to stay near most of the climbing areas.

Enjoy of a variety of endemic vegetation and fauna and if you are lucky you will see our constrictor snake, our largest lizard Anolis cuvieri, bats, birds, butterflies, insects and more. Observing and being curious is also the best way to explore the geology of the area.

Roca Norte is licensed by the Department of Recreation and Sports of Puerto Rico.
