Located in Montego Bay, Jamaica, Marguerites hosts an exquisite sea-to-table dining experience in a comfortable yet sophisticated setting.
The restaurant was originally built in 1955 as a private seaside residence. Many years later a spirited group of friends were inspired to convert the home along the bustling Gloucester Avenue into a restaurant. In 1979 Marguerites, named after the original Executive Chef, opened it's doors to the public.
More than 40 years later the sophisticated seaside restaurant remains one of the most sought-after tables in town.
The Marguerites menu is eclectic, yet refined and feAtures fresh-caught seafood alongside prime cuts of meat; all sourced from a variety of local and regional purveyors, seasoned with global flair and expert preparation.
Marguerites diverse wine program includes an assortment of both Old World and New World wines, “Our wines are carefully selected to work in harmony with the cuisine, never to compete with it,” says Marguerites Sommelier James Symyrozum.
