Island Escapes Bahamas Ltd started as a micro business back in 2014 when two young sailors decided to bridge the gap between Nassau Bahamas and the Exuma cays on a daily schedule. This distance covered some 100 nautical miles one way and a little over 200 nautical miles round trip.

The feat seemed impossible initially as the only watercraft we had access to was just a mere 28 feet in length. In modern day terms, it could easily be classified as a dinghy. The company built its legacy taking 8 passengers along with Captain and Mate over the deep blues of the Atlantic Ocean daily facing treacherous weather and seas until the brand was forced to be recognized on a national scale.

We currently offer the Exuma - Swimming Pigs 5 islands adventure as a private excursion only.  Since then, we've transitioned into shorter daily excursions within the islands and cays surrounding Nassau.

We've shifted our focus to more affordable, but equally memorable group experiences for our guests. We have both group tours and private charters available to suit every need.
