Our food and philosophy.
Our menus are inspired by French cuisine with a relaxed, beachy twist. They feature local ingredients from farmers, fishermen, and artisan food producers. We responsibly source and handpick all of our ingredients to reflect and inspire our modern, stylish, and healthy menus.
Our award-winning Rocks Group Executive Chef, Simon Christey-French, has captured perfectly what dining “sur la plage” is all about, complimenting the gorgeous space and stunning views.
